TrackIR 5 not Working

Got my TrackIR 5 delivered today. Followed all the instruction details on the official website, have done so 4 times now (after a number of reinstalls and reboots), and it is still not working. I keep getting an error message "Driver not installed correctly. Code 52". Can anyone help?
ps: My PC is a Core 3 Duo with 4 GB RAM and it has Windows 7 Home Premium Installed.

Hello Shoaib_Akhtar,
The error you are experiencing is due to a Windows update that was officially pulled from their list, but if you have automatic updates it was installed. It will need to be manually removed in order for your install to go through.
Go to add/remove programs, on the left you will see the option to view installed updates. In there you would need to uninstall windows update KB3004394, then remove the TrackIR software and drivers. Reboot your PC and install the TrackIR once again. If that does not resolve the issue, please create a ticket with me at help.naturalpoint.com so I can look into other options for you.

Checked the program uninstall facility and the Windows Update listing and neither one shows the KB3004394 update. I don't want to install the software if it is going to cause unnecessary grief. If the update doesn't show - is this issue eliminated? (WIN7-64 Pro)

I noticed this post yesterday. I just received the TrackIR unit yesterday PM. I checked in two places for the KB3004394: uninstall programs and the Windows update -view history. The KB item didn't exist in either location, so I installed the software this AM - all okay, the unit runs fine. Perhaps a later MS update removed it - or it didn't get installed on my PC for some reason. In any case, if the KB3004394 doesn't show up on your machine, it looks like there isn't a problem.

Thanks for the update. Microsoft pulled the update when they realized it was causing driver issues. If it wasn't downloaded before the pulled it, you don't have to worry about it. But, if it did get installed you have to manually remove it.
