I have not been able to install track ir or get it to work with this latest build.

track ir 5version or the 4 version

trk 4 pro leds.

Would you be able to tell me more about the failure? Does the computer recognize the device? Do the drivers not install? Does the device manager give you an error code on the device? Is the software installing ok, but the device not being recognized?
