Vsync on or off?

When playing a game with the TrackIR, do I have to disable or enable the vsync?

Sometimes you can get a stutter in games when V-sync is enabled, but disabling it is not a requirement for the operation of TrackIR. I have it active on mine and do not have any troubles.
