TrackIR hotkey issue

So, i have two similar profiles, one for DCS one for FSX, the main difference is that in FSX i want to use joystick 1 (trigger) as "center" hotkey. It works. But if i click left mouse button, it also centers!! it happens on every profile. (it used to work) ....... I noticed people have had similar issues in 2011, but it still happens?? no fix?
Also, the trackir software is rather buggy (crashes on shutdown sometimes for example). And i cannot believe there is no "save as..." option in profiles? :\

What version of the TrackIR software are you using? Are both your mouse and joystick programmable?

The version is 5.2.200 (my trackir is a week old).
I only have the most basic drivers on my mouse and joystick. No additional software etc..... This happens (mouse 1 for centering) in trackir software, without any games running (or, with games running, it's all the same)...

Have you tested to see if changing the center button from "button 1" on your joystick has an impact on the issue? Or does it continue to use mouse click to center regardless of what you set it to?

Yes, if i change that to F12 for example, mouse 1 will not work as center button anymore.
