I used a software program called keyboard tester and my F7 and F8 keys do not work
when the TIR5 software is running. If I turn the TIR5 software off, keyboard works
just fine. How can I fix this ? I dont see anything in the software that binds any keys.

I need the F8 key to turn off ground power for my F86 in DCS World. It does see it
sometimes to turn on the power, but never to turn it off. Help !!!

You would need to change the hotkey assignment in TrackIR for F8. If you change it to something else, it will then free up the key to be used in game. By default F7, F8, F9 and F12 are used by TrackIR for various hotkeys. They can conflict with other designations in games, so they are easy to change in the advanced menu of the software.
