We just got an optitrack system installed in our lab as part of a system from quanser. We've been having some issues with version mismatches, but have gotten that straitened out. For this system, we use motive to define and track rigid bodies. One thing we noticed in troubleshooting is that the camera's won't display their ID numbers when Identify is clicked in motive (using motive 1.5) on one computer. It works fine on our second computer, though. Both computers are identical in software. I would like to figure out what is going on here in case there is a larger problem. Any suggestions on where to begin troubleshooting? I am completely new to this system, so I am not sure what behavior is normal.

The Numeric LEDs could be disabled within Motive. The setting can be found if you navigate to Edit > Application Settings > Options Tab > Numeric LEDs set to Enabled.
