Focal Point of Camera

Is there a way to make a marker the focal point of the camera while editing so you can rotate around that specific marker?

Hello manphib,
You can select a marker and use the "Zoom to Fit Selection" and "Follow Selected" buttons at the top of the Perspective View. This will frame the selected marker and allow the view to follow it.
The hotkeys for these are:
Ctrl-E - Frame Selection
Ctrl-F - Follow Selected
