Software failing to launch after download.

I've tried downloading a few different versions of the software, and after it downloads it won't launch. I've tried to run it as an administrator and it won't work. It won't even let me delete the .exe. What's going on?

itscrizzy,
I just checked our installer on a few different machines and it seems to be working correctly. Is it possible that you are having an issue with your Windows installer service? Have you looked into restarting that process? If you reboot and go into Safe Mode, do you see the same problem?

I've restarted the Windows Installer with no luck and when I try to boot to safe mode it asks for a recovery disc that I don't have. Never had this issue before.
