I was looking at purchasing a TrackIr 5 as I noticed the price was 149.00 for the hatclip version, upon checkout I come to a page that tells me that shipping is going to cost me around 100.00, I am just curious if I am doing something wrong or why does it cost almost as much as the product to ship to me in Ontario Canada..

I found the same product on ebay for around the same price but shipping was only around 40 dollars, I wanted to get the product direct from Natural Point but I can't justify a shipping cost that is almost as much as the product itself.. I cant for the life of me see how it costs around 100 dollars to ship, I ship things all over the US from here and its never cost me even close to this price.

Am I doing something wrong here ?

Please create a ticket with me at help.naturalpoint.com and provide me what you would like to purchase along with your address. I will have my shipping department look into this and see what comes up on our system. UPS sets and auto quotes the prices for us, but it is not typically that high to ship to Canada. It makes me believe that there was possibly an error in the quoting process.
