Rise of Flight and TrackIR conflict

Conflict with Track IR and flight sim Rise of Flight.
The issue: In Rise of flight when a person lands or is shot down they have options available to them. They can finish flight and re-fly or there are other options like changing sides choosing a different air craft ect...... or if they choose they can exit server or quit game all together. My conflict happens when I finish flight and choose the re-fly option. See the error message below.

What have I done: I have uninstalled Track IR and re-installed it, I have uninstalled Rise of Flight and re-installed it. I have re-installed windows, I have rebuilt my computer with the I5 3rd gen processor to include 8 gig of ram. I did not change my video card ( GeForce ST250 ).
I have recently found that if I am not running Track IR I have no issues with game at all and it is only when I am running Track IR that I get the above error.
Any insight or recommendations is appreciated.
Thanks
