Track IR5 and Windows 10

Since my 64 bit Windows 10 Pro install, my Track IR has stopped working. When I plug the camera into the USB port, the red power light comes on, the blue light flashes twice slowly and then the power light goes off. I have tried different USB ports and swapped other USB devices which all work, but the camera does the same each time. I have reloaded USB drivers and other device drivers but still the camera goes off again. I have USB 2 and 3 ports and they don't make any difference either. Any ideas out there?

Please start a ticket with me at help.naturalpoint.com. I'd like to look into this a little more. I've only had one other user reach out to me about the driver not working after the update.

I got the same problem, my Windows 10 do not recognise my TRACK IR.
Already try uninstalling and installing again.
Can you help me?

Can you point the device to the correct drivers? The correct driver path should be C:\Program Files (x86)\NaturalPoint\USB Drivers x64\npusbio_x64. The best way would be to update the driver through device manager and browse to find the driver in that location.
