Hi all,

When I drag & drop one of .tak file, Motive showed an alert as the attached figure illustrates.
Another .tak file in the same project can open without any problem.
Does anyone has good solutions for this kind of problem?

Would naturalpoint investigate what happen to my .tak file?
This .tak file is extremely important for us.

This sounds like an intermittent problem I have also had, usually on new recorded files. I have always been able to open my file after some time has passed, or after downloading the file to a new location.

If you continue to have problems with this file, could you please open a Support ticket with us at help.naturalpoint.com so that we can arrange to receive a copy of your file? This will allow us to continue with any troubleshooting.
