Cant install usb drivers win10

Hello!
I recently upgraded from win7 to win 10 and now windows doesnt recognize the trackir 5 usb drivers... in device manager it popups as Unknown unit. I have tried to solve the problem all day! uninstalled all usb drivers, installed again, tested all usb ports, restarted the system, reinstalled motherboard, but nothing seems to work! No lamps showing on trackir but it tries to install so i have hard to see the theres something wrong on hardware! What shall I do? pls help i want to play!

Have you tried pointing the unknown device to the correct drivers from within the device manager?

How can i do that? and can i download the drivers manually?

Shakra,

Open your device manager and right-click on the unknown device. Then select "Update Driver Software", browse your computer and look for C:\Program Files (x86)\NaturalPoint\USB Drivers x64\npusbio_x64. Then test the device.
