I'm posting here because I haven't gotten a return email in a few days. I recently bought the track ir5 from the website. With the led attachment for my headset. I got the confirmation email but nothing else. I ordered it on a late Friday night and didn't know when or if I was going to relieve more info. So my question would be will I receive a tracking code or when will j recover more info from you guys regarding my order? Thx

I apologize for not gettting back to you sooner but, the reason you haven't gotten a response is our support hours are from 9-5 Mon-Fri PST. So we are just now able to run through our emails from this weekend. You will receive an email when the unit ships out. Which is likely today or tomorrow. Please let me know if there are any other questions I can answer for you.
