Hey there...
my trackir5 doesnt work in American Truck simulator...
it work in other games like EUTS2 and stuff...
it seems like it doesnt know im inside a game.
when i am in EUTS2 the left LED lights up right away and the other when i move my head.
but in ATS the left LED doesnt light up and only the right LED that shows i move my head. so it kinda seems like to me it doesnt know i am inside a game. I have troubleshooted it. Ppl say that if you update game list, restart both the game and the software it will work BUT it doesnt work for me, i have tried to reinstall, repair and check for updates and all that stuff so i am lost. please help me. ALSO in ATS(american truck simulator) config file it is on (g_trackir "1")

Please create a ticket with me at help.naturalpoint.com. There has to be something that is blocking it that we aren't seeing. I would like to get to the bottom of this for you as soon as possible.

This works for me in ATS, however I do have an issue with the software crashing while in game. It seems to revert back to the mouse look. My machine is running win 10 64 bit, latest updates, track IR is 5.3.0.26171. This is the only event that I can find in the windows logs. If you can tell me where the track ir log files are or if there are any type of dump logs I would be happy to send them on as well.

My advice would be to remove and re-install TrackIR. There is a new version that we posted the other night. Please test it out and let me know if the crash persists.
