I can not use my ingame user profiles any longer after updating to 5.4?

my center, precision, and pause setting no longer work in any game. it works in the software, but when the game is running none of the setting are working no 6dof, only up, down, left, right.

how did updating break my user profiles?

I uninstalled all other trackir previous profiles reassigned and still no go.

none of the game work.

so I update to 5.4.1 still same issue key bindings for F12, F9, F7, F8 work in game but when I rebind them the new bindings do not work in the games.

i.e I use rshft+ins for pause; rshft+home for recenter, rshft+pageup for precision, and rshft+Del for profile, does not work in games.

the defaults work no problem..

Please check.

seems to be an issue with the beta; I'll report the issue to 777 Studios..

The 1.107 official game is working.

also I noticed the USB x64 bit drivers keep installing into the "C:\Program Files (x86)\NaturalPoint\USB Drivers x64" folder; is this where its supposed to install itself to?

edit: so I deleted NaturalPoint\USB Drivers x64 that folder and guess what, all my profiles started working again. WHAT!?

or maybe the admin rights issue not sure which now.

There is a lot of information here and I'm not sure where to start, or even what all of your problems are. Please create a ticket with me at help.naturalpoint.com so we can set up a time for a remote desktop session. I would like to see what all of your issues are and what is going on in real time so I can better offer a solution.

ok im off tomorrow and the user made profiles have stopped working again,
