Howdy,

I have just downloaded and installed TrackIR 5.4.1. No matter what I try I can't get the program to launch. I have tried installing +/- Administrative Rights, I have tried opening +/- Administrative Rights. Nothing helps.

Symptoms are: Install goes fine, no issues. Try to open application. No response. This error appears in the log:

Hi CaptDoc,

These issues related to WRusr.dll are caused by Webroot security software. We have contacted them on multiple occasions to request an exemption for our software, but apparently they're only able to do this with a specific version, rather than grant a persistent exemption for us as publishers, so we end up having to go through an arduous back-and-forth with them to resolve this issue with every new release. We're already in communication with them again, so we'll try and update you here once we know they've resolved the issue on their end.
