Greetings,
We've encountered an error while trying to connect from NatNet to the server.
When we click on "Get Data Description" it gives us the following message:
" Retrieving Data Description... Retrieved 0 Data Description...".
We also have the same issue with the Motion Builder OptiTrack Optical:

We are streaming from the Optitrack Arena.

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your questions.

When you are connecting with the WinFormTestApp and the MotionBuilder plugins, do you have a rigid body or any other 3D data tracking inside of ARENA? Could you post a screenshot of your stream settings in ARENA?
Also, what versions of NatNet and the MotionBuilder plugin are you running?
