Hey there, I have had my TrackIR clipPro for a few years now and love it.
Lately when trying to tune it a bit, looking at the lower left of the screen the lights go RED and it stops tracking in that direction, lower right is fine.

I have a 27 inch monitor and sit about an arms length away from the screen.

Any pointers?

Is the TrackIR centered on the monitor or off to the left? Could you send me a video of you looking around in the camera view of TrackIR? It may help me offer a solution if I can see the problem myself.
