Problem with exporting tracking data (csv)

Hi everyone,
I have a problem when I export tracking data as a .csv file with Motive 1.6.0 Beta 1 64 bit. I cannot update Motive software due to my license conditions. When I open that .csv file, the data from the rigid body (position X,Y,Z and quaternion) is always the same but I have moved the rigid body while I was recording the tracking data. Do you know why rigid body data is constant? Is there any option in Motive software that I should check?
Thank you so much.
Best!
Verónica

I have tried with another license I got and exporting tracking data (csv) works with Motive 1.8.0 final. No more constant data. I will use that version.
Thank you so much.

Hi,
I have similar problems, but with newest Motive:Tracker 1.10.1 Final.
The problem appears after trimming take without moving to zero. It affects all markers, not only rigid bodies.
When I trimmed my take even by 0 frames but turning "Reset frame numbering... to zero", CSV was exported with no errors.
I think the problem is with new Trimming function.
Below I past a part of my take after exporting to CSV without "zero correction".

Hello ml-7,
I am not sure I see the problem in the bit of CSV that you shared with us here. The values appear to be changing on each row, as expected.
If you continue to see an issue with your exported CSV files, could you please contact us at help.naturalpoint.com?
This will allow us to troubleshoot with you properly.
Thanks,
Steven

What is W in rotation of rigid body in the csv file?

Hello Momin,
The W is part of the Quaternion rotation. It can be a little hard to explain, but there are online articles that describe how the calculation works.
https://answers.unity.com/questions/147 ... nxyzw.html
When exporting, you can choose to export as Euler XYZ rotations, which would not contain a W value.
Best,
Steven
