Hi,

I just bought a TrackIR5 and can't seem to instal the software on Windows 10 x64. It says "Unable to instal: This software requires windows vista or newer". I read through tons of topics on Win10 compatibility before buying, and even now I can't find an issue like this online...

I tried 5.3.0-5.4.2, on desktop, as administrator, but no luck. Any ideas?

I've never had an issue with Win 10 Enterprise yet, but I'll do what I can to reproduce the issue in house so I can see what's going on.

Update on this: gave up after a lengthy troubleshooting and the fact that it works on a different PC with the same OS. I would like to know the cause, but right now the device works with a fresh OS reinstal.

I'll still do some testing, but it is nice to know that the OS fixed it. I'm curious to see if there are any issues we don't know about with Enterprise editions.
