TrackIR application won't start

As stated in subj line TrackIR won't start if I install any version above 5.2. In all cases I receive an error message which refers to error 0xc000007b. I have tried all the suggested methods for properly installing the Track IR updates, Administrator, even turned off Antivirus, to no avail. I'm running W7 64 bit and have checked all the solutions concerning the error code and none of them have solved the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have seen this error before, what resolved it in the past is re-installing the Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013. You need to install both the x64 and x86 files.
