After the infamous W10 anniversary update, none of my USB equipment worked and all had to be re installed including TIR 5.

I downloaded the latest software and installed it successfully. However, I am unable to save my settings, upon each W10 start, I get TIR 5 on my screen but all previous settings are gone. For example, as per my saved settings, TIR 5 is supposed to open with W10 minimised, that box when W10 starts is unchecked again along with all other boxes I previously either checked or unchecked...

May I get support to please resolve this issue?

It isn't letting you over write the Settings file. So the best option is to go into the directory "%AppData%\NaturalPoint\TrackIR 5" and delete the Settings.xml file. Then start the TrackIR, make your changes and then restart the TrackIR software. It should create a new Settings file with your new settings and the problem should go away.
