trackIR v3.01 Release

The 3.01 release of the trackIR software has been posted.
The 3.01 release fixes the bug in the "smoothing" which would result in blocky motion.

The changelist is :
3.01 :
- fixed camera resolution / precision bug (smoothing bug)
- added invert case LED registry setting "CaseLEDInvert". "0" = false, "1" = true
- new icon
