Hi,
Track IR generates a error, which only shows up on reboot. Attached is a picture of the error:

I have uninstalled and rebooted (error did NOT occur) and reinstalled and rebooted (error did reoccur). Anyone knows what the error means/points to?
Thanks for help

Juergen2,

I cannot see the picture, it does not seem to be there. Could you tell me if there was an error code that came along with the failure?

Regards,

Hi Mark,
I copied the picture link again:

The error says the following:
"TrakIR5.exe Application Error
The instructions at 0x0000000010001960 referenced memory at
0x0000000010001960. The memory could not be written.
Click OK to terminate the program."
Thanks for help

Juergen2,

Could you post your system specs, and is everything up to date?

Juergen2,

Have you tested your memory or hard drives for failures? Running MemTest or CheckDisk could reveal a problem that isn't readily seen. I've been looking into the issue and those are the two most likely causes of the error.

Hi Mike,
I have ran "chkdsk" as well as "memcheck" and it revealed NO errors on either check.
Thanks
