FS2004 Install

Just bought and installed FS2004. Put in
the latest FS update.
Have TIR 4.1 Build 28 installed. Been playing BOB2 with it.
Now that I have FS2004 in do I have to reinstall TIR to get it to work in FS 2004 ?
What do I have to do ?
