Good afternoon,
the license is for USB. Today, I was calibrated to the system but the movements with the wand. it was not register with the software. How I can remedy this problem?
I try desconected the system but the problem persists.

Thank you for reaching out to the community.
I am afraid it may not be clear what problem you are facing. It sounds like Motive may not be detecting your wand while you are trying to calibrate?
You should check your wand to be sure it is setup correctly. Our current OptiWands have markings on the head, either A or B. Markers should be either in all A or all B, but the two cannot be mixed.
If you notice any damage to the wand or markers, especially bent parts on the wand, this may also make the wand unrecognizable.

the markers's wand can see in the software but no is possible that the system track this, no valued in the calibration window (table camera VS sample)
