When I use my TrackIR 5 I have this message: Unplugged...

Hello guys,
Since few month I have a problem with my "TrackIR 5.0 + TrackClip Pro" and DCS World, I don't know why but since few month when I use DCS World with my TrackIR 5.0 I have this message: Input device TrackIr unplugged and impossible to use my TrackIR.
It's a problem with sunlight because I flight into the dark...
The only solution is press these keys: ALT + TAB and once again I have this message: Input device TrackIr plugged.
I use the last drivers of Natural Point.
PS:
I've two "TrackIR 5.0 + TrackClip Pro" and always the same problem...
My OS is Windows 8.1.
My DCS World is last "Stable" version...
One idea ?
I'm member of DCS World forum and we are many players to have this problem...
