Smartnav 10 compatibility (UAC settings problemé

I have the Smartnav 4AT 3.2 build 35 and bought the laptop with Windows 10. By UAC I put the lowest level. But when installing the program goes dark the background and Smartnav goes inactive and shall get someone clicks on yes. By Windows 7 demotion of UAC was solved the problem, by the windows 10 not. Please for advice. Thank you for steering me in the right direction.
