Slow down head reaction?

I am using the dead-zone combat setting, but would like to slow down the in-game head movement as much as I can.

Anyone know how to do this?

You can do this by clicking the down arrow of the "shift entire curve" button in the Profile Curve Editor. You can open the Curve editor by selecting an axis in the Edit Profile window and pressing the "Edit" button.

I would recommend shifting it down by about 1/4 to 1/2 of the way and then giving that a try. (You will also probably want to use the "Copy-> ALL" feature to copy your changes to all axes).

You can find out more about this here : Section 5.3.4.2 of the TrackIR Manual

Thanks Birch,

Can you tell me what precision mode is for as that's what I use to slow it down currently?

Regards,

Kevin

Precision
The Precision Hotkey enables Precision mode which temporarily makes the view steadier by increasing the amount of smoothing that is used, when Precision mode is disabled again the smoothing returns to the normal amount for the profile. This is commonly used in combat flight simulators when tracking an enemy in your sights to keep the view as stable as possible.

That sums it up pretty well... To slow down the profile you would want to lower the curve as Birch described above, manually editing the profile of your choice.
