TrackIR 5.4.2 no longer works

Since yesterday's update of creator on Windows 10 the TrackIR software does not work anymore, there is a patch or an update of the software to stay at that.
It's very unpleasant to have to go without TrackIR when you're used to it.

Same thing has happened to me, TrackIR 5 is dead since the last WIN 10 update today

Hi,
I've just had this problem and it's due to the OpenGL driver.
I found by repairing my TrackIR software, then reinstalling my GPU drivers, manually removing TrackIR from my devices in control panel and a full restart fixed the issue.

That has been the solution for us as well. Thank you catchymussel. The graphics driver seems to be the biggest component.

Mike Witham got me to do this and it worked
1. Remove TrackIR from add/remove programs
2. Remove NaturalPoint Drivers from add/remove programs.
3. Delete installer executable from where you saved it
4. Delete NaturalPoint folder from Program Files x86
5. Delete NaturalPoint folder from %APPDATA% location.
6. Open regedit.exe as an administrator
7. Search for and delete files labeled as "NaturalPoint"
8. Search for and delete files labeled as "TrackIR"
9. Reboot PC
10. Download new installer from website
11. Right-click and install as an administrator
12. Plug in TrackIR and verify the driver install.

I can't repair my installation (the system ask for an .msi installer file that I can't found, the installer is an .exe file). I have also reinstalled the TrackIR software and tripple buffering is disabled in Nvidia control panel. My TrackIR 3 Pro doesn't work anymore and I don't know what to do.
Help, please, I can't play any of my racing and flight sims.

So windows was kind enough to give me the 'creators' update today and it broke my Trackir software. I've since reinstalled the latest Nvidia drivers, removed Trackir from device manager, repaired Trackir software, reinstalled Trackir software, reseated the Trackir usb, and rebooted a few times. Unfortunately the Trackir software is still crashing. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Have you tried the solution that worked for clouddancer?
1. Remove TrackIR from add/remove programs

The .exe should work for repairing what you need.
