Hi, I bought a Track IR 5 a few months ago and I never had any problems with it. However, I stopped using it for like 3-4 months and right now, when I try to launch the software I get a message like this :

"The procedure entry point could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files (x86)\NaturalPoint\TrackIR5\cpprest120_2_7.dll."

I tried to reinstall the software, reboot my PC, delete everything in the registry editor, try older version of the software etc... but nothing seems to fix the issue

It seems to be a missing DLL file or an issue between the registry and the DLL. You'll want to run the System File Checker.

1. Open Command Prompt as an administrator.
2. Type in the following sfc /scannow.
3. Once done repair the items needed and reboot.
