Natnet sdk 2.10 SampleClient Linker error

Hi guys,
I am new to use of NatNet SDK.
I have window 10 system, motive 1.10 and using the QT creator with visual studio 2015 c++ complier to experiment with creating an application for collecting data from flex 13 cameras. while compiling I am having error as as shown in the image below. I am very much confused why this error occurs as i am using the msvs 2015 c++ complier. I have been trying to fix this from few days now. Any help would be appreciated.
Also the errors seen in the above image show after fixing the errors in image below by type casting
