Unknown device with Win10 64bit

My Track IR 5 device always works. Probably, after the last operating system update, it has stopped running and is detected as "unknown device", so if the application starts the Track IR does not start. I uninstalled the application following the procedures on this forum, accessing and deleting folders in the system file. Unfortunately, the device continues to be unrecognized? Is there a solution to the problem? Any advice from developers?
