TrackIr5 device not recognises

My TIR4 wasn't seeing anything anymore, so I bought a brand new version 5. The problem is that it isn't recognised. I am running the latest software (after deleting all old programs and rebooting). The device is listed as an 'unknown device' in the device manager of Windows 7. When I search for a driver on my computer I do see the Natural point devices option in the list, but it doesn't contain a driver: no drivers for this device.

Any ideas?

Solved. The inf file was located elsewhere.
