Hi,

I've set up 8 cameras and am trying to do the calibration process.
3 of these cameras dont seem to be able to pick up on any markers at all (even though they can detect other sources of light such as sunlight). I have not masked the area, and have moved the wand everywhere, but these 3 cameras seem unable to detect the wand at all. The other 5 cameras are completely fine.

We have seen this issue occur a couple of times, and so far this has always been fixed by resetting application settings. Feel free to give this a try before attempting to calibrate again, and if you continue to struggle with this you can reach out to us directly for additional troubleshooting.
