Controller no longer moves fluently, no matter how slowly and in any direction the movement observed in Track IR software is stuttering , it seems to have low frequency update (not declared 120 times per second).
I was testing Oculus VR on my computer and after that I observe this problem with Track IR.
Reinstall Graphic card and trackIr drivers and uninstaling Oculus drivers did not help. I have Win 10 , AMD Rizen PC and NVidia 1060 GPU.
Any idea what went wrong?

This sounds like it could just be a camera setting. Check the IR Brightness level in the advanced camera settings, as it may be too low. Make sure it is set to 15. Also, double check the camera view to make sure you are not getting any reflections other than the track clip.
