Device recognized but camera has no lights

My TrackIR5 shows as being recognized as a device in the software but the Camera has no lights and is not working
Any thoughts?

Hello Goosehead,

If you point your track clip at the camera, the left light should turn on. If it doesn't light up, there is a chance that the camera is seeing more reflections than just the clip. If you right click in the display and select camera view, this will be easy to see. The left light will light up when a Track IR supported game has been launched. Any screen shots of the problem would be helpful.
