				How can u map Joystick buttons?

				I have a x-36  I want to map some buttons on stick instead of keyboard.  Im just ruuning the xp drivers with no programming software.  Cant get the new stuff to work right.  thanks

				Jabo at this momenet you cant ,its a feature I have asked for as a beta tester and I have been told it will be consider if the more requests are made, my suggestion would be to jump in the Feature request forum here and put a request the dev here are very willing to listen

				Hm... Map a key in the TrackIR-Software and map this key using the Saitek Profiler... That's how i do it.

				Well, after a complete reformatt I tried to install the saitek software in XP and lo and behold it works now.  Programmed my stick with TIR  what a difference!!!!!!!!!

				Jabo, could you please tell which version of the X-36 (USB I assume?) drivers you used, because I have the same problem. This is the second machine and second OS I can't get the programming software to work. I've even tried X-45 software to no avail (they should work).
Sorry about slightly off topic message, but this relates to TrackIR, because I too would like to assign TIR control buttons on my HOTAS (it's called HOTAS for a reason).
