Hi everyone!

Let's get straight to the point: I'm working on some 'helmets' which are used to record videos of the actors's faces, this is done without using motive nor optitrack however, I'd like to be able to start the record of these helms everytime I press the record button in motive. I don't even know if this is possible and thats why I'm asking for your help: Is it a possible thing and if yes how to proceed?

Hello Aurélien,

It is possible for Motive to broadcast a trigger when it starts and stops recordings. You could develop your head cameras to listen for these UDP triggers.
