[Motive API] TT_Shutdown working not correctly

Hello,
I use RTMaps with the library NPTrackingTools to acess Motive and get the tracking data. The program seems working well but after the excution, the Motive doesn't shut down correctly
. When I try to launch the Motive , there is always a warning " Another instance of the software is already running" .
What should I do to stop the Motive and clean up all connections, drivers ... ?
