rfactor not working

Recently got TrackIR and have been playing with FS2004, no problem. However I get no response whatsoever from Rfactor. Any help will be appreciated

Sorry, my mistake, I assumed that the game played 'straight out of the box' like FS2004 as it is on the list of games that came with TtrackIR....
Downloading update now
