Middle Mouse button hotkey

The SmartNav driver has hotkeys for the left and right mouse buttons. How about adding a hotkey for the middle mouse button?

I have added it to the Feature Request list for the Smart-NAV software. This means it will be evaluated along with other new features in upcoming releases.
