Having ALS has been a challenge and so far I am impressed with the SmartNav & Dwell click. After a few months of using it I have a suggestion. Is there a way to keep the Dwell click Icon menu bar always on top of all other programs.It would give the ability to play many more games if this option was available.

We have set the Dwell bar to always be on top, but most games override this setting when they start, no way around this for us, unless we wrote a DirectX override, which isn't compatible on all machines, only those with DirectX 8 or above, so we are carefull about this.

the Dwell click Software - www.autoclick.co has this feature and is a great alternative, I use both SmartNav and autoclick.
