Every now and then my trackir will freak out and change the direction it thinks I'm looking in. My tracker is at forehead level an arm's length away from my face. After referencing the software, I've realized that what's happening is occasionally the tracker confuses my eyes for the reflectors and snaps to a different orientation. When looking in the camera view I can even sometimes see two little red dots under the green dots from the reflectors. Are there any suggestions that would fix this problem?

You can adjust the Light filter Threshold in the Advanced Camera settings. Another option is to use a Track Clip PRO as it doesn't use the LED's on the Track IR camera.
