I currently have an original head mouse and am very happy with it. My question is if I bought a basic SmartNav could I use my current Softype on screen dragger & keyboard? How well would they work together?

You can use your current Softype on screen dragger & keyboard with the SmartNAV. The functionality and interoperability should be the same as your head mouse.
We have a 30 day money back guarantee so if for some reason everything did not work together as you would like you could return the unit for a refund.
