mouse setting on start-up

I currently have old smartnav. when starting my computer NAV always changes my mouse motion acceleration settings to low even though i want it to always say none on startup. In smartnav 3 does it still change my mouse motion accel settings to low on startup all the time?
I dont want to upgrade to nav 3 until i know i wont have to manually change mouse motion accel settings to none everyday which is annoying
