Can we get it so that we can choose to have a hotkey not assigned to anything?

I do not use precision mode anymore and would like to clear it completly, but cannot. So I have to leave it allocated to a button, and so I loose the functionality of that button.

Should be able to do this. Just hit the blue on/off button that is there for each hotkey.
