2.01 and standby/hibernate/shutdown on XP

I've noticed that when I have 2.01 Final minimized or minimized in the tray on XP Pro I have issues shutting down (very slow) and when I put the computer on standby or hibernate. The computer enters hibernation/standby mode just fine, but when I come out of hibernation/standby I receive a black screen which requires a reboot. When I close 2.01 before using hibernation/standby/shutdown then I have no computer issues. Anyone else experiencing this?
