track ir 5 flickering , light disappears .

hello
My track ir 5 was working perfectly well till today then suddenly today it started flickering , i changed USB port , reinstalled driver moved the camera bit but same issue , can someone help please .

This could be due to extra lighting or reflections that are being seen by the camera. Are you anywhere near a window, or have any metal object near by?
